Featuring Cecily Strong In Conversation with Samantha Bee

Cecily Strong is best known as a standout former Saturday Night Live cast member, but prior to finding success in the entertainment industry, Cecily worked for Planned Parenthood.

On SNL, she entertained viewers with a variety of characters featured on “Weekend Update,” and earned rave reviews for her impressions of Jeanine Pirro and Melania Trump. Cecily previously co-hosted “Weekend Update” alongside both Seth Meyers and Colin Jost.

Cecily is currently producing and starring in the second season of the Apple TV comedy SCHMIGADOON, which is executive produced by SNL creator Lorne Michaels and will be leading multi-award-winning writer/director John Patrick Shanley’s latest world premiere, Brooklyn Laundry, off Broadway in February and March.

Cecily has appeared in films including Netflix’s Leo,
The Female Brain and Paul Feig’s reboot of Ghostbusters, as well as Melissa McCarthy’s The Boss, plus The Bronze and The Meddler. Additionally, she headlined the 2015 White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner.

Emmy-winning comedian, writer, television personality and last year’s featured speaker Samantha Bee returns to the luncheon to facilitate this exciting conversation!
